Blogging with BlackBerry and BlogSphere

Blogging is an incredibly popular pastime these days and thank goodness. I garner so much useful information from business related blogs I'd hate to be without them now. In the Domino community we're extremely lucky to have two or three really good blogging applications, There's the IBM Template, Blogo and of course BlogSphere. Responding to a challenge from Bill Buchan I've written a new BlackBerry application which I've called "BB Meta Blog" (at least until a better name comes about).
BB Meta Blog uses BlogSphere's MetaWebLog support and allows you to create, edit and delete BlogSphere posts right from your BlackBerry. In keeping with our intentions for this site I am preparing a small paper highlighting aspects of the design which I'll publish here as soon as possible. The application will be available to install over the air free of charge on Monday and I will, in time, also publish the source code at openCOD.org,

There will be code for viewing sites as well - the architecture makes it easy to detect the client so if a mobile device or blackberry connects to the site it can return different html to that of a standard browser. Again this is post Lotusphere stuff due to work commitments.
